Answer: CRMC® stands for Certified Residential Management Company. It is issued by the National Association of Residential Property Managers, NARPM®, the national association for our industry.
It is the only NARPM® credential awarded to an entire company rather than to an individual, and it is the highest one a property management company can earn.
It is not easy to get. To even apply, a company has to have a Master Property Manager on staff, document years of management volume, and submit recommendations from clients, attorneys, and accountants. Then a review team audits the business and verifies every claim the company makes about how it operates. Financial handling, maintenance processes, legal compliance, and documentation all get examined.
As of 2026, fewer than 40 companies in the United States hold the CRMC®. We are one of them, and the second in Pennsylvania.
