Jennifer S. Ruelens, MPM, MBAOwner/Broker/Finance/BDM

Jennifer lives in South Williamsport with her husband Dave and their dog, Frankie. Some of her favorite things about Williamsport include the lack of traffic, farmers market, and the Susquehanna River Walk. Jennifer started her career in property management in Harrisburg, PA leasing and managing various large rental communities in 2004. After taking some time to complete a full time MBA program at Penn State, she moved to Williamsport and created One Focus Property Management. She now leads this business in managing the largest residential real estate portfolio in the area. Her passion is finding ways to maximize the value of her clients’ investments by providing comfortable homes for people, reducing risk in operations, and by controlling costs. Jennifer frequently gives rental property advice on news programs and podcasts. She also teaches a Landlord 101 course at the Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Workforce Development Center. When she isn’t working, she is playing with her dog in the river. Some of her favorite things include biking on local rail trails, reading and wine tasting in the Finger Lakes.

Jessy Ruelens Director of Operations / Maintenance Ops Manager

After joining One Focus PM in late 2020, Jessy quickly acclimated to life in property management and loves the operational challenges of juggling hundreds of properties, tenants, landlords, and regulations. She is responsible for removing barriers and obstacles, ensuring adherence to company processes including our Proven Process, training, and development of staff, maintaining our KPIs, and overseeing profit and loss. Jessy also lives in South Williamsport just five houses away from her older sister (see Jen our Broker above) and loves to spend her free time with her beloved rescue dog Penny and traveling.

Jennifer Rippey, RMPSenior Portfolio Advisor

Jennifer, our Senior Portfolio Advisor, oversees the Property Management staff including leasing agents, leasing assistants, and tenant relations personnel. Her department is responsible for the marketing, showing, and leasing of available rentals as well as securing lease renewals, maintaining our high occupancy rating, managing lease enforcement, and client relations in regard to leasing.
