   Health, teeth, and eyes – oh my! All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our Geisinger Health Plan, supplemental vision, and dental insurance plans.

5. Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit
   All employees are paid on a weekly basis – every Friday, and payroll is direct deposited into the employee’s personal account(s). Cha-ching!
6. Paid Lunch
   It’s so important to take regular breaks and fuel the furnaces – we encourage our staff to take a 30-minute. paid lunch every day.
7. Tool & Technology Bonuses
   Field staff receive annual tool bonuses, and remote staff receive annual technology bonuses to help alleviate those expenses.
8. Half-Day Friday
   Have a headstart to every weekend! All full-time employees work four 9-hour days Monday–Thursday and are done at noon on Fridays.
9. Provided Apparel & Casual Dress
   We hope you like lime green and black because you'll be wearing a lot of it. Our staff are provided new uniforms and company apparel semi-annually, and office staff are permitted a smart casual dress code.
10. Flex Time
    All employees are eligible to flex working time within the pay period to accommodate their personal needs.
11. Smart Phone
    We are a tech-forward company and need our staff to be in the 21st Century too. Every employee is provided a smartphone or a stipend to apply toward their personal smartphone bill.
12. Snacks & Beverages
    You might think our “One Focus” is food – unlimited snacks and drinks are available, and employees are welcome to make requests for their favorites to be stocked.
13. Fleet of Vehicles
    Field staff are assigned a fleet vehicle to drive full time – including their commute to and from work. Fleet vehicles are also available for other staff to drive for work assignments.
14. Professional Development
    Time off and funding for professional development, licensure, and continued education is available for all employees.
