WILLIAMSPORT, Pa., May 7, 2020 – One Focus Property Management® is launching self-showings for vacant properties within their Williamsport and Lock Haven rental property portfolio.
Due to the recent Covid-19 situation, companies such as One Focus Property Management® have shifted their focus to finding unique ways to provide services to their clients, while ensuring proper social distancing and adhering to CDC guidelines. Self-showings using high tech lockboxes are an innovative way to increase showing opportunities for clients and reduce personal contact.
Self-showings will involve a registration process whereby a client provides pre-qualifying information such as their household details and driver’s license. The management company will review the showing request and approve it. Once approved, the client will receive a code texted to their cellphone providing timed access to the property.
