Co-Founder Jennifer Ruelens achieves Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s License
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa., August 10, 2020 – One Focus Property Management® announces that Co-Founder, Jennifer Ruelens, has achieved her broker’s license and is now Broker of Record for the company.
Co-Founders Brent Fish and Jennifer Ruelens started Fish Property Management in 2012. In 2019, the company was rebranded to One Focus Property Management. A broker’s license requires candidates to complete 240 hours of education, three years experience as a salesperson, and successfully pass the Pennsylvania and National portions of the PSI Broker Real Estate Exam.
By achieving this license, Ruelens will continue to strategically lead One Focus Property Management® and continue to expand the company’s services for clients.
