We are seeing inflation increase pricing on all the components of housing, and your rent needs to keep up or you will find that you can't keep up. Increasing the rent is a tough things for landlords who are fearful, but we are here to tell you how it works and what you need to be doing. Raising the rent is a normal part of being a landlord and not doing it isn't the answer.
